In July 2010, Pastor Wayne Ross, Director of Shepherd’s Shelter received his RAS (registered addiction specialist) certification from Breining Institute.
Shortly he will also obtain his RAS II and his Addiction Supervision Certification.

In July 2010 Shepherd’s Shelter/Ross Rehab became certified by the Kelly Foundation a non-profit (501c3) corporation committed exclusively to the service of substance abuse education and treatment. Foundation funds are used for development, production, and distribution of educational materials and training aids for counselors as well as for individuals in recovery; supporting treatment centers, and informing the public about the treatment of alcoholism and substance Kelly Foundation as a Recovery Dynamics program center. Recovery Dynamics curriculum is used by incarceration centers throughout the country.
November 14 & 15 2011 our staff along with Morehead Inspiration Center and W.A.R.M of Henderson KY were re-certified By Larry Gains the current CEO of The Kelly Foundation.
